At The Cheesemaker, we believe milk’s destiny is to become cheese.
We use traditional artisanal and fermentation processes to produce cheese that your great-great-grandparents would recognise.
Our cheese are made fro high quality milk, from cows managed in a rotational grazing system- this means they always have the freshest and most nutritious pasture. We use kefir and natural rennet to ferment our milk before our cheese are aged in our cheese cave.
We stand by our cheese from paddock to plate.
